I had to send back a doll because its woolly hair was falling out, and I figured it wasn't safe for my grandson. I reached out to the store, and after paying 4.75 to return it, that was three weeks ago. They still haven't gotten back to me or refunded my cash. Really poor customer service!

Awesome toys, terrible service. I've been to this shop many times and the lady there seems really grumpy, not chatty at all, and just doesn't seem to care. It kinda takes the fun out of the whole visit since it’s such a cozy little place. I really thought someone who liked kids and had a smile would run a shop like this. I'd much prefer to back one of the other cheerful and friendly local businesses.

My order never showed up, and they don’t reply to my emails. It’s just a total waste of time trying to get a refund.

This toy store is fantastic, truly the finest we’ve discovered in the Southwest and the top spot in Glastonbury. The staff were super helpful, and we picked up an awesome wooden pirate ship for our grandson.
